What Was That Lame Excuse You Had, For Not Succeeding ??
A dear friend and mentor used to say that "Life is to serious, to be taken seriously, seriously !" Don't worry repeat that phrase over and over again changing your tempo, pitch, w3here you place your stresses, etc and meaning will magically become clear to you, in time.
As conditioned reasoning creatures we tend to rationalize our behavior(s) even when they are not serving us. A Marketing Psychology Fundamental: Sell to Those Who Understand You

What if there are zillions of companies out there that need your skills but
don’t realize they need your skills? This question came up recently with a
woman who has 14 years of technical editing experience but was in despair. From
her point of view, so many companies urgently need someone to clean up and
clarify their prose, but they won’t act on this need. They don’t get the
value of effective written communication.
Likewise, suppose you’re a magician with house plants. But office managers
keep telling you, “Geez, so what if our plants are diseased and dying?â€
Forget about trying to persuade people to value what you value. You can break
through this kind of resistance only by demonstrating that what you’re good at
helps them accomplish some objective that they do hold dear. Tell the companies
that spew out atrocious grammar that you’ll win them greater credibility with
investors. If you’re the green thumb, tell managers that you improve
productivity by creating a healthy, reassuring indoor environment.
Pitch yourself to companies in terms of what they know they want, and you boost
the chances that they’ll want you. To discover the pitch most likely to
ignite desire, follow these three steps:
1. List all the benefits (outcomes, advantages) your company offers. Create
another list of what your target market would like to achieve. Find one or more
commonalities on the two lists and use those for your marketing pitch.
2. If you find nothing in common, look closer for items on each list that you
can relate to one another in some way, and see if you can make that connection
convincing.
3. If you strike out on finding commonalities on the lists, find another target
market!
When the economy turns tough, it’s especially important to concentrate on
those who already understand the value of what you sell. This ensures that
every marketing dollar brings you closer to the thriving business you want. To
implement this focus:
* Contact past customers, who are five times more likely to respond than
non-customers.
* Contact knowledgeable or specialized prospects, for instance by advertising in
magazines for experts or enthusiasts.

A Different Approach
Let me revolutionise your ideas about selling on the Net.
Suppose you stopped trying to 'sell' things.
In other words instead of telling visitors at your blog or
website or subscribers on your mailing list about the
latest wonder product you instead told them about
* some excellent free resources
* a free ClickBank affiliate program which paid recurring commission
I'm sure they would be delighted, however apart from
goodwill what would YOU gain by this ?
After all
* free resources won't earn you anything
* ClickBank is a one-tier affiliate system which means you
earn nothing from recommending a program to other
affiliates.
Correct ?
Wrong.
It can be done.
Take a look here, in particular the line saying it uses
ClickBank but it does something that ClickBank can't do.

The Airport ( or Life by any other name )
...So in my present incarnation I work in a facility called an Airport, in-fact it’s widely considered to be the “Worlds busiest airport”.
What I find interesting about working in-such a facility is that by definition it is a place of transition on many levels to be sure. The vast majority of people I come in contact with are on their way to one place or another. In that respect it is a perfect microcosm of this experience called “Life”. we are all on our way somewhere.
The opportunity to interact with such a wide and diverse swath of the Earth’s population is to my mind unmatched in a place such as this!
Recently as I have been doing some soul searching, attempting to grasp on a meta cognitive level the concepts “Why am I here?”,” What does this all mean”, “what’s the bigger picture?” to be frank ( cause I sometimes tire of being me. lol ) I find I have more questions than answers. Go figure, right.
One truth is I find find that I have been dealing with a condition that I had mainly attributed to my higher ups in the facility, RCV ( Rectal canal vision ). Once this condition was recently realised diagnosed I gradually came to a memory flash of the antidote, you grab your earlobes and take a deep breath and yank hard and your head should ( theoretical ) slide right out your A**, there by allowing you a wider range of vision.
I came to this rather unsettling revelation about myself through the chance encounter ( and I don’t believe in “chance” per se. ) with a traveler, who was in a talkative mood and I found myself in a rather receptive frame of mind. Universe has her ways, does she not!?!
This traveller proceeded to give me a brief synopsis of his life, which to my mind was/is quite an accomplished one. He’s aviation professional, to include being a life long aircraft pilot (What are the chances of meeting such a person in an airport,right?) who has travelled extensively throughout this planet and of course has had more adventures than the “average” person can imagine, seen things both wondrous and horrific.
Basically what he told me was that after a life time of privilege he had been wrestling with questions as to his/our purpose here and he who is my senior in age had come to a few conclusions on the matter. One of the things he told me was that “this” (experience)is not the end, merely a state of transition and that the odds of my/our “being” an accident and/or of no value was mathematical incalculable!!
He spoke of horrors that he had witnessed in various parts of the world that are happening Now, in such vivid and graphic detail that I believe it imprinted in my mind, that “There for the grace of Universe go I!!”
I took away from our brief yet poignant talk many things, many of which are still unfolding as I type now. One was to be in the attitude of “Gratitude” in my daily walk and to stop the habit of taking my “being” if you will, for granted! A case in-point was witnessing a solider walking with a prosthetic leg through the airport carrying a heavy backpack and just taking for granted that I have both of mine. Another takeaway was to pull up my “big girl pants” ( his words ) and get on with it. Ask the question “How can the unique being that is I be of service, to my fellow man, to the world??” Lastly for this installment anyway is/was dealing with the insidious nature of F.E.A.R in our psi-key, that can cause us to dwell in the land of limiting beliefs ( Adventures not had, goals not even attempted, Woulda, coulda, shoulda. )
So I guess what they say is true “when the student is ready the teachers will appear.”

Tony Robbins Insights!!
Friends,
I have been a Fan of Mr. Anthony Robbins, for Years. I have at times strayed away from his message for a time but I always seem to find my way back. I think that is due to the fact that he speaks a certain truth that I and Millions of people around the world can relate to.
What I takeaway after watching "Breakthrough with Tony Robbins" is that the amount of success you achieve is a direct result of the decisions that you make Now and on a daily basis.
If I were "Coaching" a client that had issues with say Making Money Online, I would tell him/her to watch a few episodes of the show and allow your Mind to absorb the ATTITUDE of a Champion/Leader fully! The next step would be to find a vehicle that is fully optimized such that you can be assured that you will get to your end destination ( Financial Security )!

Time To Focus On Blogging!
